Sample desing

The operation is a census for subsidised housing. The starting reference is given by the date of the Check Certificate for Reorganising Social Housing (belonging to this department) and the date of the Provisional Classification for the rest of the social housing typologies. The finish reference comes from the date of the Social Housing Reception Certificate and the date of the Definitive Classification for the rest of the subsidised housing typologies. All the above mentioned documents are administrative and are remitted to this department at the start and end of a new subsidised housing development. In the case of private housing developments, the data are obtained from estimations calculated from the works start and end visas, registered in the architects and quantity surveyors associations. This information is provided quarterly by the Ministry of Promotion.
