Knowledge of the economic structure of the different services sub-sectors in the A.C. of Euskadi and each Province.
To cover the information necessary to develop the Annual Economic Accounts and Input - Output Tables.

Population:: The target population of this study is made up of the establishments whose exclusive or main activity is "Services", according to CNAE 2009.
Geographic scope:: The survey includes all those statistical units located within the geographic scope of the Basque Country, even when their headquarters are situated outside the Community.
Timeframe:: The reference period for the survey is the previous year to the year the information is collected.

A probabilistic sampling is carried out in two phases:

1. Single stage sampling in which statistical units are selected with probability one from a certain employment size.

2. Stratified random sampling by optimum allocation.
