Methodology according to the origin of the data.

Gathering of data on water quality monitoring networks. The data are obtained from water quality monitoring stations for the water managed by the basque water agency and/or the competent authorities in each river basin district.

Objectives

The main objective of statistics on water body quality is to check the condition of specific water bodies within the basque country water planning system, including groundwater and aquifers.

The main variables analysed when measuring water quality are:
