The Directory of Public Administrations includes the full-time staff serving the public administrations, both Basque and those under the general administration (the Basque Government) and the institutional administrations (autonomous bodies and public bodies of the private autonomous sector), as well as in regional and local institutions and state employees. It also includes those legal units that are at least 50% dependent on a Public Institution.
