An establishment dedicated to providing accommodation to individuals, at a price, on an habitual basis, with or without complementary services, integrated within agricultural holdings (rural tourism in the strict sense) or not (a country house), that conforms to the traditional architecture of the mountains or of the rural environment. Rural hotels are not included under this definition, and are instead categorised as hotel establishments.
