This is the part of collective consumption that is destined exclusively to tourism and which, by definition, can only be carried out by the Public Administration.

It refers to expenditure by the Public Administration to provide collective tourist market and non- market services. In the case of the Basque Country it includes all services under their responsibility in the Autonomous Community, including non-market.
