Refers to all the areas considered in the general planning with an industrial or tertiary rating. Furthermore, the logistics areas of ports and airports are classified as land dedicated to Economic Activities.

In the case of land dedicated to Economic Activities, the surface area of the land rated industrial or tertiary is recorded in hectares, with a distinction made between occupied and vacant land. Occupied land already has industrial activity and corresponds to the buildings plus the free land that is used for the functional development of productive activities. The rest of the land is considered vacant land.

As with residential land, the classification is made according to the stipulations of articles 10 and 11 of Law 2/2006 of 30 June on Land and Urban Planning.
