Individuals who carry out any type of work in the centre, distinguished according to the type of working day (dedication) the working relationship (connection) and functions carried out in the centre (function).

According to type of work timetable:

• Full-time: when the work timetable is over 30 hours a week
• Part-time: when the work timetable is equal to or under 30 hours a week

According to type of relationship:

• Salaried: when a working relationship with the centre exists.
• Voluntary: when a relationship of voluntary collaboration exists with the centre, without compensation via a contractual relationship.
• Other personnel: in which the religious or students on placements are included, who collaborate with the centre although they receive a small reward or economic compensation.
